Terms & privacy

How Physio works, what it stores, and its limits.

Educational use

The movement and anatomy content is educational. It does not diagnose symptoms or replace individual assessment or a rehabilitation plan. Follow your clinician's advice, including any movement restrictions after injury or surgery.

Accounts and saved settings

Supabase Auth stores your account details. Physio stores exercise templates, reusable preferences, and an optional saved logo for your account. Saved settings follow your account across devices. Programme drafts and patient details are not saved to the service.

Sharing and PDF export

You choose when to copy or send an exercise email and when to download a PDF. Check the recipient, exercise amounts, and all patient details before sharing. Any logo chosen for one download stays in your browser for that download.

BodyParts3D anatomy

The atlas uses BodyParts3D 4.0 adult male reference anatomy: “BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for Life Science licensed under CC Attribution 4.0 International.” We convert axes and units, simplify and repack geometry for the web, and omit reproductive and urinary anatomy. The source does not endorse this adaptation. A model cannot show an individual injury.

Regional views include 2,161 source surfaces. Some deeper structures are hidden by overlying anatomy.
